Proven. Prepared. Trusted.
I am currently the Chief Deputy of Elections. I have worked in the Clerk’s office for 18 years. I have been fortunate to work alongside some of the best women I know! Lisa Greer, our current County Clerk has announced her retirement. I have learned so much in 18yrs working with Lisa, Sheila Blair & Joyce Rodgers. These extraordinary women have primed and polished me to step into this lead role. Lisa Greer will begin her well-deserved retirement in 2027.
I humbly ask for your vote…
I want to be your next Adair County Clerk!
Endorsements by the BEST!
I am truly honored to have their kind words & support!
To My Adair County Friends and Neighbors,
I am Nadalie Inscho, Chief Deputy Clerk at the County Clerk’s Office. My husband, Steven, and I have been married for 16 years, and we have one daughter, Daveia. I grew up and continue to reside in the Little Cake community of Adair County. I attended Shepherd Grade Center and Adair County High School, and I graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2012.
My career at the County Clerk’s Office began in 2007 when I was only 17 years old. Sheila Blair was the clerk at the time, and I worked for her part-time while attending college. I have worked hard, and I have been dedicated to learning everything I could in hopes of one day following in the footsteps of my mentors, Sheila Blair, Joyce Rodgers, and Lisa Greer.
I want to be your Adair County Clerk. Former clerks Sheila Blair and Joyce Rodgers, along with current clerk Lisa Greer, have taught me so much over the years. These women are true professionals, and have been an integral part of my career. My decision to run for county clerk comes with working 18 years in the clerk’s office, a lot of prayer, and careful consideration. With the support of my family, friends, Lisa, and my co-workers, I officially filed to run for Adair County Clerk on November 5, 2025.
My last name may not be a common one here, but my roots in this community run deep. I am proud to be an Adair Countian. I am confident in my knowledge and experience, and I am prepared to step into the role of clerk on January 1 to continue serving the county that I love. I look forward to speaking with as many citizens as possible before the election. If you have questions, I encourage you to reach out to me. My email address is nadalieinscho4adaircountyclerk@gmail.com
I humbly ask for your vote on May 19, 2026, for Adair County Clerk.
Sincerely,
Nadalie Inscho
This is my loving, supportive little family!

A Day in the Life at the County Clerk’s Office!
Being the next Adair County Clerk is not just a job to me. I have been Chief Deputy since 2015 and take pride in knowing how to perform every duty within the office. After the last election, I helped train three new county clerks from other counties, spending many Saturdays traveling to train them as they learned the responsibilities of the position. I currently attend monthly clerk trainings in Lexington to stay current on changes in laws and procedures. The clerk’s office holds a variety of responsibilities.
In 2023, I was recognized as the “Top Election Specialist” out of 120 counties for having, “The Best Voter Coding” in the state, at the Kentucky County Clerk’s Association meeting.
We are responsible for all aspects of elections, including registering voters, conducting elections, and ensuring that election laws are followed. As the chief election deputy, I have successfully overseen the election department since 2014.

This was one of several mock election’s that I’ve held at ACES. This pic was from Oct 2022, with my daughter’s 5th grade class.

The clerk’s office is responsible for handling vehicle transfers, registrations, and tax collection, with reports submitted to the state weekly. In addition, all deeds, marriage licenses, notary applications, fiscal court records, and plats are recorded in the office.
Vote for ME, Nadalie!
